Romoland Elementary Music Program logo

Romoland School District is committed to offering music instruction to all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students.  RSD students enrolled in music will actively participate in singing, playing instruments, improvising, composing, reading and notating music. Music teaches critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, discipline, and develops creativity – 21st century skills that transfer to all academics and aspects of daily life.

Students who study music have:

  • improved motivation and behavior
  • increased attendance and standardized test scores
  • an outlet that fosters their creative and critical-thinking skills.
